Terms of Use

1. General

These Terms of Use ("Terms") define the agreement between DMN MOBİLYA İNŞAAT TAAHHÜT SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("Company", "we") and you ("User") regarding the use of the OK or NOK Online mobile app ("App").

By using the App, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the App.

2. Service

OK or NOK Online is a real-time multiplayer party game. Users:

Create a room or join with a code
Vote "OK" or "NOK" on questions
See compatibility percentages

3. Account

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
You can sign in with Apple, Google, or as a guest.
You are responsible for account security and appropriate nicknames.

4. Premium Subscription

4.1 Plans

Monthly: Auto-renewing
Annual: Auto-renewing
Lifetime: One-time payment, no renewal

Prices vary by country and are shown by Apple/Google in-app.

4.2 Auto-Renewal (Apple App Store)

Subscription renews 24 hours before the current period ends.
Renewal charged to your Apple ID payment method.
Cancel: iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → OK or NOK Online → Cancel
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. You can continue using until then.

4.3 Refunds

Apple App Store refund policy applies. Submit refund requests directly to Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com

4.4 Family Sharing

The Lifetime plan can be shared with family members via Apple Family Sharing (activation depends on your Apple settings).

5. Acceptable Use

Users agree NOT to:

❌ Illegal content: Generate or share violent, terrorist, child exploitation, etc.
❌ Harassment: Insults, threats, persistent disturbance of other players
❌ Spam: Advertisements, link bombing, automated account use
❌ Cheating: Attempting to bypass app security features
❌ Trademark infringement: Using copyrighted material or others' brands as nicknames
❌ Impersonation: Pretending to be real people or celebrities
❌ Attacks: DDoS, hash spam, rate limit bypass

Violating accounts may be terminated without warning; premium refunds will not be issued.

6. Content

6.1 Our Content

Questions, categories, game mechanics, and design are the Company's intellectual property. They may not be copied, distributed, or used to create derivative works without permission.

6.2 User Content

Your nickname and avatar appear in-game. You are responsible for what you choose.

7. Service Availability

App is provided "as is"; uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed.
Service may pause temporarily for maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
No subscription refunds for very short outages.
For outages exceeding 24 hours, your subscription is extended proportionally.

8. Liability

The Company is not liable for indirect damages arising from app use.
Within the limits permitted by law, our total liability is capped at the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

9. Account Deletion

You can delete your account anytime:

In-app: Settings → "ÇIKIŞ YAP" → confirm
Email: info@dmn-group.net

If you have an active subscription, you must also cancel it via Apple (Apple's rule, we cannot cancel for you).

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Significant changes are announced in-app. Continued use means acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices.
