2. Data We Collect
2.1 Automatically Collected Data
- Anonymous User ID (UUID): A technical identifier that uniquely identifies your account in our system, even if you sign in with Apple/Google.
- Device Info: OS version, app version (for debugging).
- Usage Statistics: Which screens are used (anonymous).
2.2 Data You Provide
- Nickname: Your display name in the app (does not have to be your real name).
- Avatar: The emoji you select.
- Apple ID or Google Email (optional): Only if you choose "Continue with Apple/Google". If you use Apple's "Hide My Email" feature, your real email is NOT shared with us — we receive a relay address.
2.3 Game Data
- Room codes, players, votes: Stored only during gameplay.
- Premium Subscription Status: Validated by Apple/Google; we only know whether it's active.
2.4 Data We Do NOT Collect
- ❌ Real name, surname, identity documents
- ❌ Phone number (unless Apple shares it)
- ❌ Location
- ❌ Contacts, photos, files
- ❌ Advertising ID (IDFA)

These providers hold data protection certifications (GDPR, ISO 27001, SOC 2). We do NOT share data with advertising networks.
5. Retention
- Account data: Until you delete your account.
- Game data (rooms/votes): Auto-deleted 30 days after the game ends.
- Premium records: Maintained in Apple/Google systems; we only check active status.
6. Your Rights (GDPR / KVKK Article 11)
You have the following rights:
- ✅ Access — Learn what data we hold about you.
- ✅ Correction — Edit your data (via Settings in-app).
- ✅ Deletion — Delete your account via Settings → "ÇIKIŞ YAP" or email info@dmn-group.net.
- ✅ Portability — Request your data in machine-readable format.
- ✅ Objection — Object to data processing.
Requests answered within 30 days, free of charge.
7. Children's Privacy
The app is for users 13 and older. Premium categories may contain 18+ content and are subject to Apple's age controls. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
8. Data Security
- All connections encrypted with HTTPS / TLS 1.3.
- Passwords and sensitive data are not stored (managed by Apple/Google).
- Database access restricted by Row-Level Security (RLS).
9. Changes
We may update this policy. Significant changes are announced in-app. The current version is always on this page.
